Bowl and spoon   Tylenol, Triaminic and other medications
Sunscreen   Firm soled slippers or shoes
At least two changes of clothes   Toys, books, stuffed animals
Light jacket   Authorization to Consent to Treatment of Minor Form, completed
Adults Seniors Pets
